To all the naysayers of the Green Goblin from the first Spider Man, did you honestly pefer the purple hoodie and elf shoes to the supersuit? I've honestly never had a problem with that realistic take on the character. If I saw the original one coming after me I would've died laughing instead of being terrified. There's always that fine line of adapting from comics to film or even television and you're not going to please everyone. Of course I would hate to see another crack at Green Goblin because I don't wanna see any retreads, Spidey has such a long list of enemies that it can be anyone let's just keep the guessing up until they finally announce it.
Smallville has done numerous possession of the body episodes it's hard to think of the first episode was. But Erica Durance looks gorgeous *as always* as Isis and can't wait to see that episode. I
I'm still having a hard time thinking that Bradley Cooper will make a great Flash and I hate that Warner Bros wants to use him just to keep "in the family." Again until it's official and I see something that proves me otherwise, i'm taking this as a huge grain of salt.
You're not the only one, fakejared. I think the same thing every time people start ragging on the green armor. Same with the leather X-costumes. The day-glo blue & yellow would have looked goofy. Before people start jumping down my throat, yes, I know the Spidey suit was essentially the same, but that was the exception, rather than the rule. Even Iron Man, whose entire powers come from his costume, had changes from the comics to make the suit more realistic.
Cooper would have made a better Hal Jordan, but I'll take him as The Flash any day. Either version.
wow < i love that everyone keeps bringing up the word "RETREAD" when talking about movies like Spiderman and Superman, well they are reboots so they are going to "RETREAD" certain things, like oh IDK villians, characters, plots, I mean come on , I dont want them to retread spidey either but ooppsss looks like they replaced him too. I mean how many way can you show a kid getting bitten by a radio active spider, who wants to see that again, and Surely everyone is tired of seeing Krypton Explode again hurlling its last Son , to earth to be raised by Ma and Pa Kent. Oh and One Last thing since we all know this will be the last Batman By Nolan, and he has said that he is going to end it in 3 , we all can expect Dc to retread , ooppss I mean reboot Batman again so another Joker another crime alley another Gotham.

Well, we certainly can't rule out Green Goblin. Like Superman with Lex Luthor or General Zod, they seem eager to drift right back to the same villains. Well, I can go with this so long as this version of Green Goblin isn't as ridiculous as the 2002 version. If Rhys Ifans is playing him, I expect a good turnout.

What is it with all this Lois Lane possession crap? This is like the third time it's happened to her in the series. First it was some witch, then it was Doomsday's mother, now it's Isis. The writers sure favor the whole "puppet Lois" theme, don't they?

Cooper will fine as Barry Allen. He's been in a wide range of roles so can pull off "the mix" if you will quite well...
I didn't recognize Ifans when he appeared in Pirate Radio so I'm going to throw out Cameleon as well. He'd be great as Connor/LIzard. I just don't see him as Norman or Eddie...
