We are now about to enter THE TWILIGHT ZONE. Again.

Images from one of the season's most anticipated television creations have been released by UPN: Jason Alexander's staring role in the premiere of the newest incarnation of the ZONE. And we have them here for you.

The show, with a first episode directed by STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION's Jonathan Frakes, is set to premiere September 18 with Forest Whitaker taking over for original host, Rod Serling.

The entry, called "One Night at Mercy" has Alexander (SEINFELD, a much-touted guest staring role on STAR TREK: VOYAGER) playing a man at a hospital who believes he's Death incarnate. Tyler Christopher (THE PRETENDER) co-stars in the episode.
