FilmJerk is reporting character details concerning the new female lead in MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 3. The character's name is Leah Quint, an American IMF agent described by the casting side information as "endowed with grace, warmth and vulnerability."
"Leah has had extensive training with the IMF (Impossible Mission Force), starting her training with the agency right out of school," writes FilmJerk's Edward Havens. 'She has extensive experience for someone her age, a force to be considered with, as she can instantly turn into a person of steely resolve and toughness."
The casting description will be used by talent agents to find the right actress for the part. The film's producers are looking for someone between the ages of 24 and 36 of any ethnicity just as long as they can pull off an American accent.
Filming is scheduled to kick off in January 2004.
