This bit of filming news for all of our Mania readers in or around Hamilton, Ontario. According to Superhero Hype, the production of THE INCREDIBLE HULK is about to invade your city with some major fight sequences in the first week of October. Here's the details details given by a scooper over at SHH.

Hey, I'm from Hamilton Ontario where The Incredible Hulk is being filmed the first week of October and in today's (Tuesday's) Spectator (that's the local newspaper) Jacqueling Norton, manager of the city's film and TV office was quoted saying that "it's certainly a big fight scene and Hulk is doing a lot of destruction...a Hummer gets thrown through the air...there's a burning bus." It is supposedly the biggest fight scene in the film. It is being filmed on the nights of October 4,5,9,10, and maybe 11 and 12. Just thought you might want to know.

If you're in the area around October 4-12, keep an eye out on the action and don't hesitate to take a few photos yourself. THE INCREDIBLE HULK stars Edward Norton(The Hulk), Liv Tyler(Betty Ross), Tim Roth(Emil Blonsky/Abomination), William Hurt(General Ross), Tim Blake Nelson(Samuel Stern/The Leader), Christina Cabot and Lou Ferrigno. It hits theaters everywhere June 13, 2008.

I still think they should work in Bruce Banner at amatuer night at the Apollo and him getting booed offstage, he gets angry, turns into the Hilk and starts jacking shit up. Apollo dancers flying everywehre....Feathers all over the place. And the good thing about being in Harlem, it's easy to score some rock or herb. It would be great if the Hulk got arrested for buying a qp of bud.

Good stuff Whiskey...

The cast for this movie is great; Tyler will make a wonderful Betty Ross and Roth will be a great Blonsky. I'm sure Norton will be at the top of his game and since he's got a hand in writing the movie, he's going to want to hit this one out of the park. I have high hopes for Marvel's movies next year.

For all these people who are concerned about Norton playing Banner... have ya read the comic... Bixby and Banna looked nothing like the comic Bruce, he is supposed to be a puny genius, Norton LOOKS the part more than any who have come before him, and he plays the intellectual emaotionally distant role in 60% of his films and does it perfectly.... as a Hulk fan i couldn't be happier with Norton... I know it's a long shot but I hope he and the Hulk have the shaved head look seen in Return of th Monster... I loved it!

Hamilton Eh? Well, maybe Hulk will smash Ballsillie and his blackberries for trying to move the Preds there. :D
Seriously though, I too am looking forward to the upcoming Marvel flicks.

LOVE THE HULK (the character not the first movie)
LOVE The CAST (especially Norton, and Roth)
LOVE the fact that we're finally getting a Hulk movie that I'll be able to sit through without vomiting.

It's called a "changeover." The movie goes on, and nobody in the audience has any idea.
