Indiana Jones and the new release date

The wait for Indy fans just got a little more bearable.

Paramount Home Entertainment has decided to bump up the release of the INDIANA JONES DVDs by two weeks. Instead of appearing November 4, all three Indy films (and the bonus disc) will now hit store shelves on October 21. The films will come in either widescreen or fullscreen format, depending upon your personal preference.

The new release date for the INDIANA JONES DVDs means that Paramount won't be competing head-on with Disney. The latter studio has announced plans to release its latest collaboration with Pixar, FINDING NEMO, on Nov. 4.
