Intl. X-MEN: First Class Trailer

Here's the International X-Men: First Class trailer with English.

By Jarrod Sarafin     April 11, 2011
Source: 20th Century Fox, Marvel

As seen last month when the Russian version hit the online streets, 20th Century Fox has been showing off an international trailer for X-Men: First Class in foreign markets over the past month. That trailer has now struck online with the English language version. Check it out in the video player below.

The X-Men prequel stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Kevin Bacon, January Jones, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Caleb Landry Jones, Lucas Till, Edi Gathegi, Jason Flemyng, Oliver Platt, Morgan Lily, Zoe Kravitz and Bill Bilner. Helmer Vaughn (Kick-Ass, Layer Cake) led from the director's chair, based on a screenplay by Josh Schwartz, Jamie Moss, Ashley Miller, Zack Stentz and Jane Goldman.

Plot Concept: The prequel charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to prevent nuclear Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X's X-Men.

X-Men: First Class hits June 3, 2011.

This film really is flying under the radar when compared to the other 3 major comic book films. Watch this be surprise everyone.

This trailer sold you jedi? There's hardly anything new here. But ok welcome aboard.

looks good, but they really arent pushing this movie at all it seems

There was some new stuff, enough to give it a little more impact...and the TSFH sound track added to that as well, at least for me.

Loving it!

This Mutants:First Class  trailer looks cool, like I said before but the "artistic license" used by FOX makes me throw up in my mouth. IMHO Mystique looks horrible as does Hank McCoy. Banshee is freakin Irish. and Alex is Scott's younger brother, not older brother or father.  Will I see it? Yeah, but thank the comic gods, Thor, Cap and GL are coming out so this garbage won't be comic book movies representative.

Like the yellow suits instead of the solid black leather crap ones in the other xmen movies haha. The magneto helmet is alot cooler too.

Why is beast blue and furry when he should look like a normal guy, who is shaped a bit like an ape with big hands and feet?

I agree with ponyboy76 about the changes made to X-Men canon. I don't understand why Fox finds it necessary to piss off the fans so much. Don't they realize they'd make more money by turning out good comics movies? I do like some of what I've seen in the trailers, but it doesn't look anywhere near as good as Thor and Captain America. Maybe on par with Green Lantern because I've been somewhat underwhelmed with what I've seen of GL so far. Of course I'll go see this, but I really wish Fox had more respect for their comics franchises.Marvel wants to make money AND great movies. Fox settles for just making money. It's really a shame.

Watch it again, BunyonSnipe, it shows a transformation scene where Beast becomes blue and furry.  I will admit, this looks better than Wolverine, but then previews made Wolverine look pretty decent.  And what the hell is up with people who hated the other X-Men movies jumping on board this one set in the same movie universe and screwing up more characters?  I just don't get it.  I liked the first THREE movies, despite what you think about the third movie, and I'm still not sure about this one.
