Rhodey is wearing the Iron Man armour it seems, so maybe this could have some Secret Wars style deception going on so that Stark can get some time to recover.

Kingsley looks like he stepped right off the set of The Dictator.

Bunyon, it's actually the Iron Patriot armor, a revamped version of the War Machine suit he wore in the last movie.

And I'm pretty sure anybody doing cheesy Chinese impressions to Mandarin will be wishing he killed them
