I own many things Marvel on DVD and blu-ray. Don't think I will get this one. I've seen videogames with better animation.

*facepalm

...and this is supposed to whet our appetites? "Hey, Hulk, I can fly and I can shoot repulsor beams?" Who wrote this junk? A 14 year old?

It's cliche to point out the obvious, but just another reason why Marvel is far behind DC in the cartoon department.

Wiseguy 11/7/2013 8:18:39 AM

I'm getting it for sure. When it comes to most things Marvel I'm an easy sell, DC too for that matter

Rizing 11/7/2013 8:35:29 AM

Agreed with CalamityJ. DC has got the animated on lock.

therockdltj 11/7/2013 9:24:03 AM

I like it and I'll be buying it for sure!

goldeneyez 11/7/2013 9:37:16 AM

Yeah... I think that'll be a pass.  Animation was meh.  Dialogue was really awful.

scoxocs 11/7/2013 10:44:32 AM

Same voices as Avengers Assemble! on Disney XD.  Looks like going for the same audience.

How is it Marvel can be so good in live action and so bad in animation? And DC is so bad in live action and so good in animation? Telling a good story is telling a good story. Why should the two be so different? That's why Pixar is so successful. They don't dumb down the material or change it to make it animated. They just tell good stories with characters we care about.

I've watched several of the DC animated films and none of them have left me impressed.  Most have been an effort to make it through.  Generic shipped overseas animation and jumbled together stories.  Don't see the love.

fft5305, I'd agree with you except on Cars and Cars 2.  Those were just boring.  Haven't seen Brave or Monsters U, though.
