Agree and agree dnfalkenheim...

If you think that washed out colors and stiff animation are ground breaking. Then I guess is ground breaking.
I love Marvel and what they have done over the 30 years I've been a fan. This current era of movies, videogames, toys, etc... are #1 in my book.
But man, they suck at animation. I thought a few years ago, their direct to DVD animated films would take off. These movies were not bad but then DC came in and blew them out of the water. So Marvel stopped prducing them.
During that time, the awesome Avengers Earth Mightiest came out and it was fantastic, on par with the JLA cartoon of the 90s. Sigh...Marvel decides to cancel that series.
Now this is their best material? I've seen PS2 animation better than this. Voicework sounds terrible.
Marvel, stick to live action or get Bruce Timm.
Umm I saw this a long time ago, wasn't this already reported here?
I like this but I agree with EIBaz, I hope they clean it up some.
hmmmm...maybe they spent all the money on the cgi then had to film it on the producers iphone...lol
I am not impressed either....lol
I agree, ElBaz13. Get Bruce Timm on board for a few movies or just stick to live-action.
It's ironic with how bad Marvel's animation is... DC's live-action is still far worse in my opinion. It's easy to argue with bad animation, but at least the stories could easily be taken from the pages of a comic book. You can't exactly say the same for DC's live-action movies. Now they're wanting to make Superman more real-to-life? Umm...hello? Flying alien who can shoot heat rays out of his eyes!!! Oh and don't forget about the super-speed, cold breath, X-ray vision...shall I go on? Oh and then there's General Zod...Best of luck with that whole realism thing, DC and WB. Stick to your animation please.
Oh yeah, maybe Supes will use his heat vision in the mirror to shave or something...yeah, that's realistic.
Just quessing here, but the it appearfs to be a stylistic choice that unfortunately looks like the last couple of stages of environmental lighting (?) may have been left out. That is pretty good motion capture though.
Looks terrible. How is the animation ground breaking?
