J. Scott Campbell's LADY DEATH
By: Rob AllstetterDate: Wednesday, December 05, 2001
In addition to designing Lady Death's new look. J. Scott Campbell will be providing the cover to the first issue of the LADY DEATH: THE GAUNTLET mini-series in March.
The mini-series, from Chaos! Comics, is written by John Ostrander, with art by Carlos Mota.
Here's how Chaos! describes the mini-series:
"The saga begins as Lady Death's friend, Virgil Solomon, a cop, who is murdered. Who did it and why? How does this tie in with The Dark One? Who does the Dark One really serve and what is his hidden agenda? Why are the Lords of Chaos! and Order so interested in Lady Death's young friend, Sarah? And who is the mysterious figure that even Death seems to find worthy of fear? The answers come in The Gauntlet as Lady Death acquires a new look and, before it is all over, must make a final, fateful decision!"
