JAMES BOND 20, not the film's official title as you can imagine, may very well have a villain. According to a piece in Britain's Daily Express (bounced to here through DarkHorizons.com) Brit actor Nigel Havers (EMPIRE OF THE SUN) has been cast as some sort of heavy (the main one?) in the next 007 flick.

"I always wanted to play Bond but I've totally missed the boat now, I'm too old," Havers was quoted. "Now I want to be a villain and Barbara [Broccoli, the JAMES BOND producer], who is a great friend, has promised I'll be in the next film. It will be a lot of fun to play against Pierce"
