James Bond Meeting AUSTIN POWERS?

Is Austin Powers teaming with James Bond? Technically, no, but...
According to the UK's Daily Express, Pierce Brosnan may be on board the coming AUSTIN POWERS 3: GOLDMEMBER project. The actor is said to be set to play a role that parodies 007, though one would presume that doing so would also be in violation with his contract with Eon Prods., which restricts the actor from wearing things like Bond-style tuxedoes in the other films he works in.
Brosnan wouldn't be the first film Bond the production has tried to snag. Previous rumors suggested that Mike Myers and helmer Jay Roach had also approached Sean Connery about coming on board the production.
The Express also reports that singer-turned-actress Samantha Mumba (THE TIME MACHINE) has signed on board as well.
AUSTIN POWERS 3 is scheduled to ramp up production in November.
