James to Become MONSTER HUNTER for Sony

Sony Pictures has hired Kevin James io star in the family adventure film MONSTER HUNTER. James will play "a child psychologist who can actually see the monsters that torment kids from closets and under beds. He uses that skill to vanquish the beasts until he meets a particularly nasty one."

The script is being written by MONSTERS, INC.s' Robert L. Baird and Daniel Gerson. Overbrook Entertainment's Will Smith and James Lassiter will produce.

You know these kind of movies should really stop. I mean it doesn't sound like a "scarey" movie, but more like one of those silly "oh there's crazy monsters let's go on a magical adventure" movies. It's times like this I wish PG movies didn't make so much goddamn money.
