With the release of Jaws on Blu-ray for the first time, I had the opportunity to sit and talk with Michael Daruty, the senior vice president of Universal Studios Technical Operations, about this historic Blu-ray release. I, like many of you, was interested in what was being done to this beloved classic. There are, after all, restorations and “Special Editions”.
