CASTLE: Montreal Review (Article) - 10/7/2014 11:13:24 AM

Why in the world is this show getting a review here? There are a number of genre shows out there not getting reviews, or getting them only once in a while, but here's Castle.

And whoever is admin, when I select tv reviews in the drop down, it takes me to the movie review screen

Theicon, you should be banned for that crap. There is no excuse for this site letting you get away with that over and over. And I suppose Braveheart wasn't about William Wallace then?

As I said before, this is Eph's story. And it's exactly as the books are written. You are having the same experience watching the show as I did reading the books

Eph is no better in the books.

And who was the person that checked off on the look of the master cause they need to be fired. It's jarringly comical

The Strain: The Third Rail Review (Article) - 9/22/2014 9:11:15 AM

Sorry to tell you, but this IS Ephs story. It's one of the reasons I disliked the books. He is just not a likeable or believable character nor is his son. Fet, Nora and Gus are the ones who are far more interesting.

Supergirl Coming to CBS (Article) - 9/19/2014 2:57:18 PM

How can they make this show work without Superman? He's literally in every other issue of Supergirl these days. The run of Red Daughter was interesting characterwise but they just slammed the door on that way too soon for it to make a bit of difference.

I don't remember Zach being tough in the books. Quite the opposite in fact though he hasn't had much opportunity in the series yet.

And saying "it is a series, not a movie or mini-series" doesn't allow poor pacing. GoT, Walking Dead, Hannibal, etc don't have this issue with me. And these are also stories I had an intimate knowledge of before coming to TV.

Is this getting a review every other week?

To me, this show is as slow, plodding and boring as the books. I was hoping that since it was concieved as a show first it would translate better. There's nothing els on Sundays now. ugh
