Jerry Seinfeld buzzing about new project

Jerry Seinfeld has agreed to star in his first major project since bringing an end to his legendary NBC sitcom SEINFELD. The stand-up comedian has partnered with DreamWorks to write, produce and star in BEE MOVIE, a new CG animated feature film that will draw upon Seinfeld's experiences living in the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple.

The animated film will see Seinfeld provide the voice of the film's main character, a worker bee living in a New York-like city. Seinfeld has started writing the film's screenplay. The likeliest early date of release for BEE MOVIE is three years away. A director hasn't been found for the project just yet.
