It's not usually a good idea to house your hardened criminals in the same facility as a time machine.

this has been out for some time. i watched it a few months ago and... dudville. It was definitely meant for the younger generation and appears as elementary as that recent marvel sendup between iron man and hulk. definitely not what I've come to expect from DC animation. Pass.

I think it was a Target exclusive for a few months but now everyone is getting it.

The animation looks awful.

C'mon Mania, I have to have a stroke reading that Channing Tatum has been cast as Gambit in X-Men Apocalyopse on Yahoo for Christ's sake?  Everybody taking the night off?  What do you think Maniacs?  Channing Tatum IS Gambit, accodring to (hack)Lauren Schuler Donner.  As for JLA, heavy on the super-friends flavor, but I'm old, so I'm cool with it.

this looks great i'm gonna get it

The animation looks more old school, which while watching this... I kinda got into it. Bummed for the reviews above that said it wasn't good. I will still watch it.

They had me at the title and lost me on the content.   This movie was mildly entertaining but

not what I expected after the last few Justice league animated movies.  While the Leaguers

are sporting the new 52 look this seems to be happening in a super friends continuity, heck you

even see the old Wendy, Marvin and wonder dog make a cameo but the feeling of nostalgia

For the super friends era were not enough to cover for the animation and character design being

subpar.  With comic book based movies and tv shows being such big business right now

I'm surprised WB would released this  thing. This movie should have stayed as a target exclusive

or better yet never should havebeen released at all.  Skip it.

I kind of like the animation.  It is like kinetoscope said and it sort of semi-recent-old-school, to coin a phrase.

Definitely looks like a little kiddie flick, but there's nothing wrong with that.  I may Redbox it if the notion strikes at some point.

I like the animation (clean, crisp, colorful).

Don't mind if it looks like it's marketed for kids.

To me adult comic book super hero entertainment is an oxymoron.

IMO all Comic Book Super Hero stuff is for kids (except for pornographic spoofs of the genre).

I have no problem watching childrens shows (love those penguins from the Madagascar movies).

I have a stressful job and lots of real adult problems to deal with on a daily basis...getting away and watching some mindless Super Hero movie for a couple of hours is a nice escape (the sillier the better).

I wish good prevailed over evil all the time, and there were real Super heroes to save us and fix things, but unfortunately that's a fairy tale (if only life were that simple).
