Classicrockr, What about them?  The can is hopelessly lost and probably long dead, even if they were still viable without a proper cloning lab they'd be no more useful than what you leave on the side of your toilet.

 Actually, I hear this will be released on the same date as Ghostbusters 3.  Bill Murray will be starring in both productions.

Wow 20 years.  the movie still looks great.  I'll check out another for sure, can't be worse than the last one and that was still fun.
