Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has released the first official clip from Justice League: War. This clip features Batman (Jason O'Mara) and Green Lantern (Justin Kirk) meeting for the first time while simultaneously dealing with both a renegade parademon and the local police. Though I do love O’Mara’s work on Life on Mars, I hope his Batman gets better in Justice League: War

Synopsis: When the powerful Darkseid and his massive, relentless forces invade Earth, a group of previously unaligned super heroes – misunderstood and, in some cases, hunted by the authorities – discover the only way to fend off the attack will be to work together as a cohesive unit. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Shazam and, in his origin story, Cyborg combine their respective talents in an all-out battle to save the planet. Based on the 2012 graphic novel, “Justice League: Origin,” by Geoff Johns & Jim Lee, Justice League: War provides a glance into the world before the Justice League was created, and offers the initial animated incarnation of DC Entertainment’s “The New 52.”

Justice League: War arrives via Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and Digital HD on February 4, 2014 from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.

Very cool. I never picked up on the New 52 so it should be fun getting acclimated to these new origins

Well, the clip gives me more hope for this than the previous one. So, is DC planning a cohesive string of movies? Might be nice to have some continuity

I doubt they are creating a string of movies with continuity.  The Flashpoint ended with the invasion however, the Justice Leauge was already formed.  This looks to show them coming together for the first time.  Personally, I'm ready to see some DC animated movies that are set in the JL/JLU universe.  It's long overdue.

Hate the voice of Batman. I realize they can't all be Conroy, but they could've done better than that!

Agreed, n3wfp; however, Peter Weller's voice grew on me in TDKR, so maybe this chap's will as well (not likely). That being said I have faith in DC's animated productions.

If you hate Batman's, you're really gonna dislike Darkseid's voice actor. Sheesh. Speak about your poor voice casting...
