Crave Entertainment announced today KABUKI WARRIORS for the Microsoft Xbox.
Set in the Tokugawa period, KABUKI WARRIORS features samurai actors as they attempt to astonish audiences with their masterful swordplay and graceful moves. As the leader of a group of Kabuki warriors, you must travel from region to region, competing against other troupes of warriors along the way.
"KABUKI WARRIORS combines the easy-to-play, hard-to-master style of classic fighting games with full 3D models and beautiful special effects," said Holly Newman, executive vice president at Crave Entertainment. "The simple, addictive gameplay will combine well with the technical capabilities of Xbox, resulting in an exciting game with beautiful visuals."
KABUKI WARRIORS features 24 characters with their own weapons and attacks, and numerous game modes, including adventure, time attack, and a versus mode.
Also, along with this announcement, was that KENGO: LEGACY OF THE BLADE was cancelled, and the developer, Lightweight, would put it's resources into developing KABUKI WARRIORS. Look for KABUKI WARRIORS in November.
