What They Say
Lily, Tsubaki and other special agents set out to rescue agatha and koyomi from the hideout of a criminal ringleader, lead suits. He uses a mind controlling drug called Kamyla!

The Review!
The special agents find themselves suckered into a trap that leads to the bulk of the force falling under Lead’s grasp.

Audio:
For our primary viewing session, we listened to this disc in its original language of Japanese. Though this is a fairly recent release, the show is a pretty basic stereo mix with most everything being center channel dominated. The only real exception is the music, but even that is pretty much just filling up the entire forward soundstage with no real directionality. But in the end, it's a decent sounding track with no dropouts or distortions.

Video:
A 2001 production from Wide Road, we get a good-looking transfer here but not as good as several other NuTech offerings. The main problem is the cross coloration that shows up along the edges of character animation, particularly hair, during most scenes. Colors are very vibrant and well varied without being over saturated or bleeding.

Packaging:
This installment of the series has Agatha partially undressed once again on the floor of the special agents office with the legs of her fellow officers surrounding her. The back covers show off some animation shots from each show and have a good summary of each episode. Features and technical information is nicely listed as well. As with all NuTech releases to date, there is no insert included.

Menu:
The menus here are pretty decent, with a mix of animation and CG providing the intro animation to the menu and then going into a mix of showing the selections with actual shots from the show. Submenus have brief transition animations from the show as well and access times are decent with them but not as fast as we'd normally like. Overall the look and designs of the menus are pretty good.

Extras:
The only extra included is an image gallery which runs briefly and showcases various stills from the show along to part of the score.

Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers)
After bringing two agents, Agatha and Koyomi, under his sway in the first two volumes and having them become very much his slaves due to the aphrodisiac he has, Lead Suits sets things in motion to build his little sexual empire even more.

Sending out one of the girls and loosening his control on her slightly, she runs half naked to the nearest police box. It doesn’t take long for the bulk of the female agents to show up on the scene and try to decide how to deal with rescuing their comrades. Though there’s a lot of experienced against there, the chief lets the less experienced Lily go after she volunteers for the mission. Lily’s enthusiasm is good but she’s quickly captured and before she knows it, she’s part of the show with two highly muscled and oversexed men who make her perform on camera for an audience.

But Lead’s plans all seem to crumble as the rest of the agents break in and capture him, bringing him to their station where he’s thrown into a cell. But with Kamyla being worked with keywords and other manipulative ways, Lead knows it’s only a matter of time before his girls are setting him free. And with the drug mixed into everyone else’s systems as well, the entire station turns into a massive orgy with Lead overseeing all of it.

With this being the last volume in the series, it’s closed off fairly well and there’s some semblance of an actual plot used during it, but we keep coming back to how bad looking a number of these character designs are, particularly Agatha the main character. They don’t get any better in this final episode, though fans of women in glasses will be pleased by Lily. The storyline itself doesn’t come across well either since the visuals don’t work in a good way, so a lot of this just fell flat. It really falls into the it’s bad but not in a funny way area.

In Summary:
Kamyla had a really poor release strategy with the first two volumes coming out well over a year ago and the final episode now. So you either end up with a box set of two plus this volume or you get the new box set of all three, or maybe even end up with three singles. In the end, the series isn’t worth the effort of seeking out unless you just must have everything that has any semblance of police women in it.
