Katee Sackhoff guest stars on "Bionic Woman"

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Katee Sackhoff has signed on to guest star in the upcoming NBC pilot of Bionic Woman.

Sackhoff will appear in the pilot for the series, which centers on Jamie Sommers (Michelle Ryan), a woman who is turned into a walking technological miracle after a car crash.

Sackhoff will play Sarah, an evil bionic woman and nemesis to Sommers.

KJ's Take: I wonder how many episodes she will appear in? She just had a bit of rough luck on Battlestar Galactica ... so maybe it could be more than just the pilot?

I can definitely see her pulling off the villian thing but I hope that she returns to BSG for its final season at some point. She was great as Starbuck.

She needs to change her look for this to work, but it's possible. Go dark haired to bionic's blonde if that is the look.

Seems like everyone was under-utilized this past season on BSG. Season 3: too much focus on the Cylons (like the others on Lost). So if she complained about screentime, I can't blame her. She'll be back, ponyboy. The whole painting connection...it's been foretold! lol

Car crash? how Lame. Try skydiving accident. THIS IS A SHAME JUST LIKE BATTLE STAR. I will not watch it ! The original bionic woman - man - and battle star blow anything they can remake away !

It's too soon to tell the tone and quality of this show but I'll definitely be tuning in to see. Sackhoff is a great actress and a babe and since this show is produced by the BSG team, I'm sure she will be pulling double duty when necessary.

Please dallas, have you watched an episode of the original bionic woman lately? I like the show when I was like 9 or10, but watching it now, its lame. Just like watching the original BSG is lame. The bad F/X and corny ass lines. The only cool thing on the show was Starbuck and the fighters. I`ll let you continue to live in 1978 while watching your beta max tapes while listening to speeches by President Jimmy Carter, while the rest of us live in the 21st Century. Enjoy!
