I'm just getting back from Katsukon and the Range Murata panel, so I'll post what I remember of the Media Blasters panel. Well first since it was at 10 am, there weren't many people at the panel. Just about 6 people, but more showed up as it went on.
Anime Works
As mentioned MB picked up:
Oh My Goddess TV - They aren't sure if they will call it Ah or Oh when they release it. And they will see if they can get the same voice actors from either the Geneon or Animeigo release, but they can't guarantee anything.
Hi no Toki
Genshikan - They aren't sure if they have the Kujibiki Unbalance OVAs, but John said he would check into it.
Phantom the Animation OVA
Master Mosquiton OVA - He only confirmed the OVA release and not the TV series.
Grenadier will have a volume 1 with figure release. He didn't mention who the figure would be of, but my guess is that it will be Rushuna. I asked him if he could get the posters and extras from the R2 release and he said he would look into it.
Midori no Hibi will come with a shirt, but no mention of a hand puppet.
He mentioned Iczer One, but didn't give any details about it.
The first season of Magic Knights Rayearth will be re-released in a boxset with an extra disk containing commentary and information. My guess is the new box will better match up with the MKR second season box.
They are thinking of releasing a 12 Kingdoms premium boxset for the series, but that will be after the series is completed. Also the fixed versions of volume 1 with corrected audio tracks should already be out in stores, however any exchange program for the discs will have to wait until they clear out their backlog.
Otogizoushi is also in the works.
Kitty Media
He confirmed Immoral Sisters II and Beat Angel Esclayer and stated that he was surprised at the amount of buzz Esclayer was receiving. They are looking into Shin Bible Black, not that this is a surprise to anyone.
Tokyo Shock
The live action films are doing well for Media Blasters. The series that he mentioned were

Other general information that I picked up in the panel is that Yaoi is a big seller for them and they are looking for more titles after Kizuna so the yaoi fangirls don't have to worry about Yaoi falling by the side. Some of their Yaoi titles were even picked up to air of gay TV stations, however I don't know which stations or when.
Berserk second season has a very good chance of happening, but the author doesn't believe that enough story has been done yet in the manga for a second season. Since Berserk did so well in Europe and the US, as long as the author doesn't lose interest in more anime, it should come eventually.
Battle Royal and Battle Royal 2 are held in firm check by Toei. The chances of either of those coming over are very slim.
A number of their Tokyo Shock titles were picked up by Showtime to air on cable.
They attempted to make an R rated version of Visitor Q to sell in stores, but the MPAA decided that there wouldn't be enough movie left after edits for it to happen. The R rated of Ichi the Killer lost about 30 minutes.
Invader Zim is the biggest seller.
