NO! Poltergeist is a classic. They'll just turn it into a "Paranormal Activity" clone.

Much like the numerous times I had to report on this, I will continue rooting for this production to fall back into development hell. And stay there...

 I don't mind remakes either (whether it's a movie or song or whatever), however in order for a remake to peak my interest they have to bring something new to the table...I don't want a copy of the original...I want a new interpretation...a new spin.

...seriously Vermithrax...don't you think there's some actress out there,  who can play a Hot Mom (or are you still carrying a thing for Jo-Beth...and in your heart, no one will ever take her place)?   By the way...how would you feel about a remake of  Dragonslayer?

Dragonslayer is easily one of the best (the best to me) dragon movies of all time. It's a classic that most folk missed out on. But alas  it happens often with masterpieces that they go unnoticed.

I'd be wary but excited at the same time but unlike Vermithrax I'm always open to remakes/reboots.
