New Comedic Action-Adventure Show Set to Air March 15 on the #1 Broadcast Network for Kids
BURBANK, CA (March 3, 2008) - Cookie Jar Entertainment's newest series, 'World of Quest,' makes its debut on Kids' WB! on The CW on Saturday, March 15 (10:30-11:00 a.m.). The network is scheduled to broadcast the first 13 half-hour episodes.
'World of Quest' is a comedic action series following the spoiled young Prince Nestor and his pumped up reluctant protector, Quest, and a rag-tag team of cohorts on a mission to save Nestor's parents and their kingdom. Along Prince Nestor and Quest's travels, they meet an array of weird and wonderful characters who liven up their journey. The show is based on the Komikwerks graphic novel series by Jason Kruse and executive produced by Emmy Award-winner Stephen Sustarsic.
'World of Quest' joins three other Cookie Jar favorites, 'Will & Dewitt' (7:00-7:30a.m.), 'Magi-Nation' (7:30-8:00a.m.) and 'Johnny Test,' which moves to its new time period (11:00-11:30a.m.), in the Saturday morning lineup.
