to you all, god, i really do love this site! it gives out great information on upcoming films, and i get to read the hilarious, and yet all so similar reactions to my biased comments! i know im gunna start getting messages about this stuff soon! taratino = bad KB = horrible invest your money in something worth it, which i guess for a lot of you is spiderman bust, original gi joe dolls and the occasional magic the gathering trading cards. from the tool whose shit don't stink and whose word is last in what is and what is not about tarantino

I think that Ponyboy76 is right, Tarantino the most talented young director around in this moment his movies are really good and artistic with a unique vibe that no other movies has. Maveric renegade if you don`t like Tarantino that`s fine but dont take away his talent and credit because that make you a bad critic, with the name that he has created for himself working hard not like this directors now that have names inflated by the Hollywood Producers machines making garbage of movies and trashing good stories he is true to himsef not like the group of hores that are selling themselfs to the highest Producers. He makes movies for his taste and make you like them because they are good, so sorry mavericrenegade I think you are worng this time in my book.

*YAWN!* Yeah, this'll get made. Right after the Vega Bros. prequel, and his WWII epic. Oh yeah, and then there's those animated movies he wanted to make from some of the characters of Kill Bill. Honestly, Tarantino talks *a lot*, but most of it just ends up being B.S.

I think Tarantino is very talented, but I wouldn't say he's the most talented new director around, nor is he really that new. And although he has stolen a lot of ideas, the man still does a good job at what he does regardless if you like his movies or not he's brilliant.

I would have a tough time believing that Sophie or Elle would be able to defeat Beatrix. I also have a much harder time picturing myself with any sympathy for the characters (Elle in particular). I'm not sure how on board I could get with the third movie where they kill Beatrix, which appears to be the story. It would set up the fourth movie very well, but I just don't know. I like pretty much anything QT touches, though, so I'm sure he could make it work. I'm much less sure that he could ever make these films happen.

QT is overated. Resevoir Dogs is good, but people act like its the second coming. Pulp Fiction, ill give credit where its due, truly a classic. Never saw jackie brown. Kill Bill 1 was alright, 2 was alright, but nothing amazing. All QT does is make omage (yeah cant spell that one) flicks. Hence Grindhouse. Id like to see him do something that shows his growth as a filmaker, i think he gets off too much on being seen as "cool." Still, hope he makes that WW2 movie too many of those these days try to be heartfelt, im looking for the cinema equivalent of call of duty, lots of adrenaline.

It's spelled "Homage" and pronounced (ooohh-mage, or, aawww-mage). It's French...and a tricky word, some Americans make the mistake of pronouncing it like it reads. But you are right about Quentin Tarantino...the guy is vastly overrated!!! And without Roger Avery, his co-writer on his best material like True Romance, which Avery was not credited for, and of course, Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs (which he did receive credit on)...Tarantino would be nothing. I, myself...am starting to believe that Tarantino is not a genius, not in the classic sense of the word, rather...he is simply an undiagnosed Autistic, like Rain Man...but in this case, with slight Autism--which allows him to be functional. Thus, he can copy other people's works to a point, with expert ability--like a human "Digital Sampler" or a "Computer"...but beyond that, he keeps regurgitating the same stuff...over, and over again...just reworked, a little here...and there. As a female producer once said about Tarantino: "He is simply a one trick pony...and I used him for all his tricks...until he ran out of them!!!" (she ended her comments with a knowing, and smirking smile. Those comments later led to a fight at a restaurant where Tarantino attacked her male co-producer, an out of shape--and significantly older man, who she wrote a book about Tarantino with. Those words of her's...she happily quoted from the book during a national interview...angering Tarantino!!! However, her pricelessly hilarious, and dually instigating verbal skewering of Tarantino, has proven to be painfully true...making it all the more hilarious, even than it was then...about 10 years ago!!!) Again, The difference in his early work is Roger Avery. Avery was the "Big Idea Man" who put the "Adult" aspects into Tarantino's work--the sucker punch scenarios--the wild, yet profoundly interesting and emotionally gripping twists. He rounded-out Tarantino's simplistic nihilistic stories about "Post Modern Drugged-Out Gangsters"...and provided the much needed poetic "Performance Art" influenced irony...and magic mushroom laced tapestry of David Lynch...that the filmmaker is now so desperately missing. Avery turned Tarantino's scripts into interesting morality plays...of the kind that is intellectually intricate, graceful, and film worthy in execution. Without Avery, Tarantino is stuck in a Twilight Zone of doing movies not suitable for a Drive-In audience, let alone Schlock Loving DVD Couch Potatoes!!!

Why have they never tried Bill 1 & 2. The Snake charmer was feared by all the deadly vipers and was without a doubt the top assasin in the world. A movie about his rise would be spectacular. Producing a decent script should be easy. We have a back-round story already. Him growing up as an orphen with that vicious gang. His training with the two masters. His involment with the yakuza. We also know there would be an emotional story with his relationship with his brother Bud. As well as the ladies in his life. (Bill is a ladies man, after-all he caught the eye of at least two beautiful vixens.) Then of course is founding of the deadly vipers. He most have had a showdown with each before they agreed to be vipers and that he would lead. This gives more time for a better script and planning/direction for 3 and 4. On a side note on the plane back from Japan. who was the person sitting accross from Uma with the sword. Could this mystery person have been stocking the Bride on a quest of revenge or a quest to be the Best assasin?

This will definitely wash out the bad taste that was Grindhouse.

UM , GUYS , THEY SAID THE STORY WOULD BE ON THE DAUGHTERS OF UMA AND VIVIAN SEEKING REVENGE. SO UMA WOULED HAVE A SMALL PART IN A FURTHER STORY OF KILL BILL I JUST HOPE THE CASTING IS JUST AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINALS. WHEN I WATCH DEATH PROOF IT WAS ALL TALK AN A GORY CAR ACCIDENT AN THE STUNT GIRLS JUST WOUND KURT RUSSEL AN BEAT HIM UP AT THE END ? COME ON PUT HIM IN ANGONY LIKE WHAT HE DID TO GIRLS IN HIS DEATH BOX . (LOL)OH WELL THE MOVIE WAS SUPOSE TO BE TACKY ANY HOW .
