Plot Concept: The film centers on the relationship between two police officers dealing with the lawlessness of New Orleans in the post-Katrina environment.

Does sound like K-Ville, but I`m a big Val Kilmer fan and it seems like 50 Cent is doing quite a few movies with his and the one he did with DeNiro.

Val needs to start doing tv now. I think his movie career is over. He could be pretty big again with a scfi series or concept show like Lost.

Val did the voice of KITT in the new Knight Rider series. I don't know if he would've continued doing it if the series was picked up, though. Does anybody know if it WAS picked up? I haven't heard anything. I like Val as well and might see this, but flint is right, it does sound like K-Ville. Unless they do it right after where the city and it's people were still in the wake of the disaster. K-Ville was taking place a little while after all that and the cops were trying to clean it up and make their presence known.

I like Kilmer. Stone, too. I'd love to see them get back to the top of their game again. It's always odd to see how someone can be THE hot property one day, then they make one or two (or fifteen) bad movie choices, and suddenly they're relegated to C-movie, SciFi channel-ish obscurity.

Is he the cousin of Henry Winkler?........Poor Val, how the mighty have fallen. Well at least this one isn't set to go straight to dvd, yet.

He does need to start doing TV. He could be the next Kiefer Sutherland.

I think the movie could be very good, actually. K-Ville was crap because of the way it was executed and it was written with an utter lack of respect to the victims of Katrina, not because there isn't good content to work with.

Cap, I think Knight Rider got picked up, and as far as I know Kilmer is still voicing KITT. I liked the show (the new and old one) it was good dumb fun.

This sounds like something I'll see. Maybe not in the theater, but definately on dvd. I thought Val Kilmer was supposed to be doing another movie with Warick Davis. What was it called? Detective One-half, or was it Sargeant One-Half? Maybe it was Agent One-Half. oh I forget. Anyway, I wonder if that is still in the works.

Just watched Dragon Sword with Val's 5 min scene. It was great. Makes me want to watch Willow again. I think he small screen is where it's at right now. And I know he has a cult following. He's good at Kitt's voice but the original voice guy for Kitt is still around and not sure why they don't use him.
