Bill Condon won an Oscar for his script for the biographical drama of
FRANKENSTEIN director James Whale (a film he also directed), and last year was nominated again for adapting
CHICAGO for the big screen. Now he's back in the director's chair, lensing his own script about the life and work of human sexuality researcher Dr. Alfred Kinsey, who authored the groundbreaking (and, to many, earth-shattering) volumes
SEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN THE HUMAN MALE (what became known as, colloquially if incorrectly,
THE KINSEY REPORT) and
SEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN THE HUMAN FEMALE. The
MALE volume out-sold
GONE WITH THE WIND when it was published in 1948.
And now the good doctor has something to say to you.
Use the power of the Internet and
click right here to find out what that is. Of course, some would call this sneaking a peak at the teaser that premieres today exclusively on Apple.com. But we know he's really talking directly to you, don't we? Because you're special.
You can see the teaser trailer on the big screen in front of Michael Moore's FAHRENHEIT 9/11, which opens today. And to see a man at home in his environment, click on the poster for a larger version, or click right here for the gargantuan version.
KINSEY stars Liam Neeson as the good doctor, Laura Linney as his wife, and features Chris O'Donnell, Peter Sarsgaard, Timothy Hutton, John Lithgow, Oliver Platt, and Tim Curry.
