I think I got them all. Number 9 is the only one I'm still not 100% on.

How Much is TOO Much? - Jul 18, 2007 - 11:14am
I'm split. On one hand, if you have information and feel like sharing it with the world, do so and include a SPOILER WARNING as everyone else has mentioned so far. However, do not be a jerk about it and force it on people. Those who want to spoil it for themselves can, and those who want to wait and be surprised should be able to. On the other hand, I feel bad for the filmmakers. Filmmaking is about bringing a new experience to audiences. Part of the reason most people become filmmakers is because they love creating and they love making people feel like they just experienced something they never experienced before. I feel sometimes that spoilers ruin it for the filmmakers because they can't surprise audiences if we already know what's going to happen. Who knows, it may even get to the point where the filmmakers we want to keep seeing won't want to make movies anymore because we aren't letting them give us that experience. I also feel that spoilers make the movie worse for the people that read them. If you know so much about the movie before seeing it, of course you won't enjoy it as much; OF COURSE you're going to come out feeling, "that didn't really do anything for me." Maybe that's where so many complaints about movies being irrelevant are coming from.

Another CLOVERFIELD Site Launches - Jul 06, 2007 - 01:38am
There are five puzzle games in all. If you e-mail the address on the site (van@ethanhaaswasright.com), I think he sends you an e-mail back with clues on how to beat the puzzles. Or you can cheat and look 'em up on Google.

OK, weird. I went to the site again because I was curious to see what letters are spelled out by the sequence I mentioned above (It is not long enough to be ethanhaaswasright). When I opened it again, the third star was still there and now the orb opened up to be something completely different. It has two vertical wheels with the symbols that you can rotate individually. You'll have to use the alphabet for this one. On the vertical wheels, find the symbols for H and A. Then, rotate the horizontal wheel until you get the symbols for A and S (spelling "HAAS"). This starts another video and then a third puzzle appears and the city in the backdrop has been destroyed.

I unlocked the orb by following the sequence it provides for you (when you first open the orb, it raises and lowers several buttons in a specific order). If you press any wrong button, it goes through the sequence again. You'll know if you hit the right button because it stays up until you hit another. After unlocking it, the screen went black except for a small button at the top right. Don't press this button, as it is the "stop" button for an "underground" video that is about to play in 20 seconds or so. It is purposely low quality so you can barely see anything, but it appears to be a soldier saying that Ethan Haas's predictions were right. It also goes on to say that because you found the video, you're "one of us" (and not alien, I presume) and to further prove it, you need to bring more people to the site. It also says something to the effect that you can only see it until August 1st. After the video is over, it takes you back to the main screen. You can view it again by clicking on the newly appeared star to the left above the star that brings up the e-mail to van@ethanhaaswasright.com.

Romanek and Benicio Del Toro make "The Wolfman" - Feb 08, 2007 - 09:37pm
K.K.'s take: Initial reaction: Aargh! KJ is giving yet another unwanted opinion. KJ, please, just report the story and leave it at that. If you absolutely MUST put in your two cents, add them to the comments like everyone else, so they can be ignored by those of us who see your opinions as the self-indulging uneducated ramblings that they are.

"Heroes: Distractions" - Feb 07, 2007 - 11:37pm
Not to be a prick, but the article writer obviously didn't pay a whole lot of attention to the commercial. It said "...you've met Claire's mother. Wait till YOU meet her father." It never said anything about Claire meeting him. Good reporting, there, chief!
