I read Redfern's book on the real MIB. Great read. Highly recommended.
Karas: The great thing about Redfern's articles and his book...he doesn't suggest conspiracies...he let's you draw your own conclusions. There are a lot of odd stories surrounding Loch Ness and, if one is prone to believe in the supernatural, it would appear to be a source for the paranormal. Aleister Crowley is one eccentric associated with performing rituals and residing in that location.

So, this Holiday guy was murdered by mysterious Men In Black because he thought the Loch Ness Monster was a demon from a UFO? This murder was accomplished when Holiday accidentally stepped on a spot where he had seen the mysterious Man a year before and was made to have a heart attack by some strange, paranormal means? Uhhhh....
Sometimes healthy, active people have heart attacks. What was his general health and diet like? Did he have a family history of heart trouble? Was he under stress from a divorce or some other cause unrelated to loch monsters or mysterious, secret government agencies?
