So does this mean the Wachowski brothers are bringing this down to a family friendly film? Will this be an animated feature (seeing as the Wachowskis do seem to love comic books)?

And it'll be nice to see an "approach we've never seen before." We'll see if they can pull if off since their vehicle chase in Matrix 2 felt outdone by the one I saw in Terminator 3 (with the crane plowing Arnold through buildings).

(PS - I'm still struggling with this new layout. And what is this "bang" feature?)

It's a way of drawing attention to a particular article that you run across and like....or decide to comment on. Just bang the article, video, image, etc if you like it and the people will see it pop up on the right.

It's a "flag" system basically, Brow.

This is the perfect duo to make this film. It's also about dang time somebody gets brave enough to turn this into a LIVE ACTION event. now if this does good, please tell me they can get to Battle of the Planets, which i think they recently changed to G-Force.

Hopefully it will end up being a good thing.

@Browbeat
I think this bang thing is a rip off of "Digg" Actually this is a Myspace'ish digg'esque like site now. I like the look but there is way to much crap everywhere. Give us the "days Stories on the right ONLY like before. Too dang busy now.

Come on Brow, that chase scene in Matrix 2 was way better than the one in T3.
Anyway, I really thought the cartoon was cool and am looking forward to a Wachowski Bros approach to it.
Am I the only one, who doesn't really like the new design of the site? I mean its not actually the design I dislike, its the functionality. It just doesn't feel very user friendly. The navigation isn't that great and the comment box is way too small over here.

I hope so. Who would play Speed?

a) I'll believe it when I see it. This movie has been in development hell so long, I'll be surprised if it's ever made.
b) Not sure if I'm happy or not about the Wachowskis. Matrix = unbelievable, Sequels = crap. V for Vendetta = almost completely restored my faith (except for the crap that came before it). We'll see what they do next.
