Stan Lee, host and co-producer of the SCI FI Channel's hit reality series Who Wants to Be a Superhero?, told SCI FI Wire that fans should expect to see a few changes when season two kicks off at 9 p.m. ET/PT on July 26. On the show, contestants devise their own superhero persona, make a costume and, under the eye of comic book legend Lee, compete to see who's closest to a real-life hero.
"The biggest changes, really, are trying to dream up some tests that we haven't seen before and which will be surprising and which will be provocative," Lee said during a July 10 conference call. "The style of the show is still pretty much the same, except we do treat the villain a little differently than we did last time."
