Castle Grayskull Unveiling: Toy Fair 2013

The biggest and best play set at Toy Fair

By Robert T. Trate     February 11, 2013

The International Toy Fair had tons of new products unveiled this weekend. There were not many play sets of note, save one. Mattel and MattyCollector revealed the long awaited Castle Grayskull for the Masters of the Universe Classic’s line. The full specs and details are here as well as a link to pre-order Castle Grayskull (here). The video below will highlight some details, but what could be better than a 180 degrees of pictures for Castle Grayskull in the real world?

First though, let us have one last look at the original Castle Grayskull.

Here are the design drawings of the new Castle Grayskull.

“Standing solitary in the desolate lands of Eternia®, the legendary Castle Grayskull® offers sanctuary for He-Man® and those who stand for all that is good. An essential component in the original Masters of the Universe® toy line, this long-awaited icon is available for pre-order now, shipping in late 2013. Whether you’re a dedicated fan of the original series or new to the Classics line, no collection will truly be complete without Castle Grayskull®!” - MattyCollector

Pre-order Starts: February 11, 2013 9 a.m. PT
Pre-order Ends: March 4, 2013 9 a.m. PT

Here are my pictures from 2013 MattyCollector Fan Day at Toy Fair 2013.

No, you're not mad. That does indeed look to be Molar. You can actually purchase a Molar action figure.

Yea these toys are great but expensive. Plus the price has gone up. I used to buy only what I really wanted (if it wasn't sold out before I got there), but now they've priced me out with the increase. I can only look now.
