I thought it was going to be a movie about Michael Bay. :( That would make a great horror movie.
Barry Levinson is preparing to unleash some viral chaos in his home state, with Screen Daily reporting he's been set to helm the eco-horror tale The Bay. Shock Til You Drop says that Levinson is teaming up with the Paranormal Activity team in what's being described as a Zombie-like story centering on a viral outbreak in Claridge, Maryland, near the location where he grew up. Paranormal's Oren Peli, Jason Blum and Steven Schneider are producing.
Plot Concept: Formerly known as Isopod, the story is culled from a collection of camera phone accounts, 911 calls and other mediums and tells of a viral outbreak on the eastern seaboard. Much of the focus is thrown on the small town of Claridge, Maryland where chaos ensues.

I'm always down to see MD represented on film, but this idea sounds pretty lame. Basically what Calibur said. Rehash. Oh, and Calibur?... T-minus 5 days to the Sons season premiere! WOO HOO!

As usual, these "found footage" movies are a pass for me.

Sounds like a cross between cloverfield and I am Legend, should call this one "I am Cloverfield".
