Back in July, Top Cow announced that the long in development FATHOM animated film was shifting gears and going towards the live-action arena. Now, word comes that Top Cow has entered into an agreement with James Cameron's Lightstorm Entertainment to co-produce the film.
The eventual film is likely to be distributed by 20th Century Fox, where the FATHOM project has been in development for some time. Top Cow also revealed that the project is currently seeking a writer.
