Well, since Clint Eastwood drank the kool-aid at the RNC and is now at home yelling at his furniture, the "elder-statesman action star" chair is vacant...

That said, this looks like a stupid bit of fun. Kinda reminds me of "3000 miles to graceland", hopefully this is similarly "so bad it's good" and not just "so bad".

Looks like good 'ole fashion action movie fun! The addition of Knoxville as gun totiing comedy relief and the small town sheriff angle gives me strong connections to The Rock's Walking Tall which I also liked.

It's not on my must-see list but I'd have no problem enjoying some stuf git blowt up reel guud!

Looks entertaining and may even be a decent action flick, but nothing special.  I like the Conan reference with the sword!

 If viewed as a comedy im sure it will be excellent.
