By: Jarrod Sarafin, News Editor

Lizzy Caplan, one of the stars for CLOVERFIELD, has talked to Black Book about the upcoming monster movie, jumpstarting her career and various other things. Also revealed in the article are three new stills from the JJ Abrams film for Paramount. To check out the photos and interview, click here.

The long-awaited second trailer for this film should be attached to BEOWULF in most theaters but we're still waiting for the online trailer to appear for those who may not see the Zemeckis film.It didn't take long for a bootleg version to appear on Youtube today but the quality was horrible. It shouldn't take long for a better quality trailer to appear over at Apple, Yahoo or the film's official website.

i really hope this film doesn't end up being a big disappointment. there was a cool teaser trailer, theres lots of mystery surrounding this film, the second trailer is highly anticipated, and we only have 2 months to see it. ok after all of this hype, the movie better be worth a $9-10 movie ticket

I remember when a bunch of us went to see Transformers, and we saw this trailer all my friends and myself were like,,,,holy shit,,,,this is like the best trailer ever. That being said, we all no good trialers don't make good movies, but unless they really drop the ball, I can't see this being bad. I can't wait to see the second trailer and more importantly, the movie.

I saw the one on youtube, and really the quality isn't so bad that you can't make out what's going on or being said. That said, I agree with Whiskeymovie about the initial reaction to the trailer.

But I am starting to lose interest in the flick, especially after that second trailer. The shaky camera thing just doesn't work for me in such large doses, and I really do find it more distracting in films than helpful in creating an illusion.

I think moviegoers should campaign against the use of the shakey-cam in all movies and tv shows. I do not know one single person who enjoys it.

Losing interest as well. As of this moment I'll watch it when it hits the bargain bin at BEst Buy...if that.

I mean I understand how you might want to remain elusive and reveal bits and pieces here and there. At some point however it just becomes annoying and people lose interest.

2ns trailer doest add much that the first showed... still they are fixating on the headless statue of Liberty. (mostly) and you're right the quality was horrible.

Well the second trailer didn't live up to the hype. Really nothing new to wet your appetite. I want at least a glimpse of something Monstrous, big or small, show us something.

fft, I love the shakey cam. Well, maybe love's a strong word, but I think it's definitely an effective tool.

I'm hoping for good things about Cloverfield because I love JJ Abrams and I want to see him do well. But there has been A LOT of hype. The movie's going to have to deliver on it.

I got tired of "shakey Cam" after Saving Private Ryan and Blair Witch.

there are ways to make it be effective and there are ways to make you sick, also Michael Bay uses the shakey Cam and it really muddies up the action sequenes to the point where you cant tell whats going on in them.

somehow, Cloverfield doesnt have quite the same rig to it as GODZILLA or GOJIRA... sorry.
i mean of course I'll still be there opening night... but couldnt JJ have picked a better name for his creature?
