Goodbye Cinescape

So its come to this.

I'm afraid its time to drop cinescape from my list of favorites on my web browser.  I have been a huge Cinescape for years and years.  Back when I was working in the remote regions of North America, without a movie theater or even a road out from where I lived, I would praise Cinescape as one of my most sacred of respites back into the world of cinegeekdom.  I had multiple subscriptions to the magazine over the years, and would check the website daily.

But it has come to this.

When Mania came out and strutted its "new" Mania look, tearing down the Cinescape title, I was aghast.  I hated it.  But, as I always try to be fair and unbiased, I decided to wait a while to see if it grew on me.  Well....it didn't. 

And the straw that finally broke this ol' camel's back?  Kurt Russel
