After Superman and Tarzan, who should The WB TV network look at now as future TV fodder? Word has it that THE LONE RANGER may be next.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, producer and former WB entertainment prez Susanne Daniels is currently in talks to bring the masked rider back to the big screen in a two-hour pilot film.
The last version of the popular character brought to film was in 1981's ill-conceived THE LEGEND OF THE LONE RANGER. At that time, an actor by the name of Klinton Spilsbury played the masked man. What happened to him?
