I like the new Mania site. It may take a little getting used to, but Cinescape.com's design was really outdated.
I look forward to visiting the new site every day! Read More
Superman: Man of Steel - Aug 20, 2007 - 10:19am
Since they don't have to re-establish Superman like they had to in Returns, this movie should be better. Not that I was disappointed in Returns like a lot of people were.
Logan's Run - Jun 26, 2007 - 09:36am
Tronman90: In the original book, each person's Lastday is their 21st birthday. According to the DVD commentary, the movie makers decided that they had to change it to 30 because it was too difficult to find actors that looked young enough. It will be nice to see the new movie be closer to the book in many ways, including the age of death.
Peter Jackson not directing "The Hobbit" - Nov 20, 2006 - 09:54am
Ok, Peter Jackson aside; I can live with that. Yes, he's great and his Middle-Earth vision can't be duplicated, but with the right director it could pass. The Hobbit wasn't as dark a book as LOTR anyway, and should have a lighter feel.
The part I am worried about is will this have an effect on the actors and whether or not they'll come on to the project?
