ABC has released a new promo poster for the upcoming third season of the hit TV show LOST.

LOST will begin on Wednesday, October 4 at 9pm ET.

I cant wait for the Poster from Lost that says LOST FINAL SEASON. This show is just awful. PLEASE LOST GET LOST!! .. INVASION WAS BETTER !! AND THAT WAS SO SO>>

this is one of those shows that people watch because they think its cool to watch. it has an updated gilligans island meets dr moreaus island dark side. its mind boggling that people will watch this crap and get crazy over it. most people just watch it so at work they can fit in with the cool kids.this is just as bad as American Idol! now thats an idea drop those untalented pop cry babies on an Island and lose them too!!

From what I understand, the season won't exactly be uninterrupted (like '24') however, it'll have a lot more consecutive episodes than in the past. There's supposed to be 7 back-to-back episodes followed by a long 13-week hiatus, then the rest of the season will be aired from week to week without interruption. The hiatus will be hard to wait out, but I like the idea better than having repeats aired every other week.

The only cool thing about the hiatus is that we'll get a good cliffhanger.

I have to agree with you there, lonestranger...problem is, I'm not especially good at handling cliffhangers, especially when I'll have to wait three whole months! A week is hard enough!

That bothers me, too. Repeats can get tedious at times, but it's totally fickle for anyone to give up on show over something as common as repeats. I'm sure most of these people who say they'll never watch the show again end up right there in front of the TV watching it anyway - and enjoying it! And then they'll complain the next time a repeat comes around.

I understand why a fan of the show Lost would click on a link that shows a poster of the show. I understand why a fan would subsequently post their thoughts about the show on the site. What I don't understand is why someone would bother clicking on the link and then post a comment about how horrible the show is, or tell people that they don't really like the show -- they only watch it because it's cool (like smoking!) If only there was a word for people like that....oh yea, there is -- TROLL!

Lost should go away? Check the emmy, the acting the noms, the cast,the writing, the ratings and the cult following. P.S. Dark Knight in 08 baby!!!!!!!!
