Well folks, fromthe looks of it Fox is going to be a bunch of money grubing @$$ munches. They are going to continue to fight the release of the film. They are going to screw over every fan that this movie has generated thus far. This movie has the potential to outsell The Dark Knight. They are going to have money ozzing out of orifaces that you did not know money could come out of, and they want to screw us over. I say we all boycot all Fox movies in 2009. see how they like it.

We shall see if this becomes one of HollyWoods Greatest Follies, or their greatest triumfs.

I loved the original and can recite most of the lines by heart. We will be Waiting. We will be Watching. We will JUDGE. and if needed, We will Execute.

The Masses have Spoken.

First, Flint is a Tard. The first movie is what it is. A funny little action flick that does not need to be real to enjoy. Hell the "heatsinking rocket" that he used towards the end of the movie has a video camera as the sighting device. the same camera model, in fact that i own. Very believable.

Second, Dazzler is right, the second one was only a half step above dog crap. And it only rates that because I did get a good hour and twenty minutes of sleep.

Third, Chris, everyone knows that NO ONE dies in Bora Bora. Everyone also knows that it was a clone that was found dead. Xander cage was in a secret under water hide out, bumping uglies with the Russian chick. it is actually very simple. and it makes perfect sence.

I could list 100 different reasons to buy one System over the other and vice versa. Personally I do own a 360. And I love it. I just had my first major glitch with it, it red ringed on me. but it is under warranty and therefore only costs me time to get it fixed. I also own a Playstation 1 and 2. I have not gotten a 3 yet becausethe games that I like on the PS3 are either on the 360 or onthe PSP that I also own. If you want to jump in the way back machine, I can take you back to my Sega CDX, DreamCast, Nintindo 64 and Atari 2600 that I still own and have hooked up and working. they all hold many memories for me and many others. So I say, Hell buy 'em both. I know that when it comes down to it and I go to get a Bluray player, a PS3 aint a bad way to go.

I will have to take a wait and see stance. Like most movies, you can not judge it by the trailer. Few movies live up to the hype of the trailers. There are notable exceptions though, IronMan and Batman being two.

As is proper, I will watch the movie with an open mind and remember that Manga in very dificult to translate to live action. To have it look right or feel right will take close to a merical.

Now I am officially torn. I love the director but I have issues with Rogen. I still have a problem seeing Rogen as a serious superhero. I take that back. I think that I could see him playing The Creeper. It is also in the DC universe. Issues, issues, issues. My therapist is going to get an earful this week.
All I know is that if Fox screws up this movie from we all know it is right now, me and every one I know will be very pissed off. They only want to be attached to the project because, in it's current form it is going to be a freaking BLOCKBUSTER. I already know over 3 dozen people that have gone and gotten and read the book due tot he first trailer. I have reread it severtimes, looking for small elements that are often inserted for the fanboys.
Half of the fun onf this type of movie is seeing it on the big screen. Accept no substitute.
Saw It. I liked it. The only thing that I did not like was that there was very little explanation as to why they were. Other than that I liked it. I do not think that they left much room for a sequel. But when has that ever stopped HollyWood.

Well call me lucky, or unluck, but I have seen the movie. I got to goto a PreScreening. The movie totally rocked. As I have read in many review articals, some of the character development was off. but other than that I loved it. I was a GREAT retelling. the Story was somewhat new and does give a couple of twists that you do not expect. The end of the movie does allow for a next chapter and even an expantion of new story lines. All in all, I loved it and plan on seeing again.
