New DARK KNIGHT Trailer Online - May 07, 2008 - 11:04pm
The Dark Knight is one of the three films I am dying to see this summer... Iron Man being one of them, Indy 4 being the other... although now that I've seen Iron Man and I know that Edward "Freaking" Norton is Bruce Banner... and that Marvel is going to great lengths to tie the universe of films together... all I can say is SWEET. I wish DC would get off their collective butts and formulate the same plan. You can have great films with Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Wonder Woman... work on some continuity. Kudos to Marvel for finally getting it, we as fans have wanted to see these heroes interact as they do in the comics... now... they are finally making it happen. I just wish that they had the rights back to X-Men, FF, and Spidey... then just imagine the great cross-overs they could do... sigh...

The film totally rocked Kurt. I give it 3 1/2 *'s (out of 4) only because there was a couple scenes that really strained belief that a human could take the kind of damage Tony did, and it was a bit slow for me only because I know the whole origin story. Having said that Downey Jr. was freaking awesome in the role. He nailed it and the rest of the cast was well acted. I'm glad to see that Marvel has taken rein of the remaining properties they haven't leased out to others and are making a serious go at having "The Avengers"!!!

Afrointelligent... judging from the trailer and the scene of Harvey on the ground with gas pouring on the "burned" side... I think you are absolutely correct that the picture is Harvey having become Two-Face... Nice call.
