i've read them all, but i still think some of the best SW books written were the X-Wing series of books. All very entertaining. I liked the beginning of the Legacy series, but as they progressively turned the future Darth into a whiney brat (not unlike a certain Anakin) it became a bit annoying. Still enjoyed the story, just probably not as much as I could have.

I've only read at least 10 to 12 books and enjoyed them all. George likes his own way, he's not an open person and keeps everthing locked up. I may love what he done several years ago, when Star Wars first came out but there are other directors who are better. Peter Jackson is twice the man that George is since he listens to the fans of LOTR. Old dogs don't learn new tricks, until he's dead. A lot of people in Hollywood will jump at the chance to tell their stories once he's gone. George if you are reading this, consider the possiblity that your more closed minded than you thought. There are books out there, comic books and so many other things. Entertain the thought that your stories are finished and let someone else take the lead.
