"The film will also feature Samuel L. Jackson and Christoph Waltz."

Yes, because EVERY movie has to have at least ONE of them nowadays.  Both is like an alignment of the stars for Hollywood execs.

Maybe Yates & Co. will finally get Tarzan right. Fingers crossed.

Margot Robbie makes me feel like I'm 14 again looking at a picture of Erika Eleniak. A good thing.

How exactly does one go about getting Tarzan right?  I mean, the Edgar Rice Burroughs books were pretty preposterous.

Looking forward to this. Tarzan and Lone Ranger were my gateway into superheroes so they always have a special place in my heart.

Liking the cast so far, fingers crossed.

I would like Tarzan's jungle to something akin to Pandora on Avatar or Skull Island in King Kong.

Blankczech, by not portraying Tarzan as a single syllable brutish dummy would be a start.  I won't argue with your "preposterous" claim, but that's what made the books fun for me. The Tarzan of the books is intelligent, intuitive, brave, fiercely loyal and lives by a natural code.  The way they can make this movie more appealing is go for that "Raiders of the Lost Ark" movie serial style.  Rousing adventure and cliffhanger type action.  The first half of the Christopher Lambert movie "Greystoke" was loyal enough to the book, but then they copped out and instead of action, adventure and some jungle savage violence, we got a booring lecture on class in society UGGGHHH!  Lets keep this one fun and exciting.  In my opinion, the best Tarzan adaption to date..... Disney's animated version.

@JacenBlade, you are forgetting the one with Bo Dereck.  Best on ever!
