Although the author of the article couldn't be bothered to fact check the name of the comic in question, Zap2it reports that Robert Rodriguez is still looking to do the movie version of Mike Allred's 'Madman.'
"'Madmen' [SIC] is a really funny comic because you could kind of spoof comic book movies and do a really great one all at the same time," Rodriguez tells Zap2it. "I think it would really catch on and be funny and fun."
Sadly, it appears that Rodriguez is currently working on a CG animated film and has another thriller to direct before he'll do Allred's comic.
