Malkovich, Ledoyen, Hannah and Lewis join "Love and Virtue"

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Damian Lewis, Daryl Hannah, Virginie Ledoyen and John Malkovich have signed on to Raoul Ruiz's period flick Love and Virtue.

Lewis plays the hero, Orlando, a knight in King Charlemagne's court who is in love with Ledoyen's Angelica, in the picture which is based on legends "The Song of Roland" and "Orlando Innamorato."

The cast also includes Peter O'Toole, Saffron Burrows, Stephen Dillane, Leonor Varela, Vincent Perez, Michael Madsen, Melvil Poupaud, Anna Massey, Cristian de la Fuente, Max Ryan, Alexa Rey and Boo Boo Stewart.

The film is set to begin shooting in March.

And in keeping with Cinescape's recent tradition: another large photo of a beautiful woman.

I've seen a few french films starring Virginie Ledoyen. She's gorgeous and I think my jaw hangs open whenever she's on screen.

I have yet to see her in an English performance (though she did co-star in "The Beach" which didn't interest me enough to watch... I had had my fill of DeCaprio after "Titanic" and "The Iron Mask").


Otherwise, this looks like an incredible cast (O'Toole, Burrows, Hannah, etc). I'm curious to see how this pans out.
