I liked this, yeah I know I'm in the minority there. I especially liked the sonic boom, gives it a touch of bad ass (IMHO).

I can't wait!! I'm all for the complete reboot. I'm tired of rehashing Donner's film to death!! This is going to be a completely different take on Superman and I'm for that. And the teaser was Awesome!! The look and feel gives it a total realistic sense, not some half ass cartoonish look. I'm excited and can't wait for more footage!

The teaser trailers are good, but if you want to see something spectacular, search for the Comic Con trailer. I get severe goosebumps every time. This movie could be epic.

I'm sorry, but anyone that is already passing judgement or hating on this movie based on this teaser is serioulsy fu*cking retarded.

I really loved the TEASER, I used captions cause people are complaining about what a horrible trailer it was. We can debate if they should have used the Batman audiences to showcase the movie by using a trailer or if the teaser was the way to go... but as a teaser I think it was great, its awsome that untill the last seconds you find out they´r talking about Superman (casual viewers of course, us fans were waiting for it for months). I loved the little kid (I imagine a young Clark and the feel is quite powerful IMO).

I liked the focus on Clark, I think the Donner movies, as much as I loved them, lacked precisely that, Clark Kent, in the comics, CK and Superman are  the man and when he dons the suit he changes only a few things, basically CK is not just a disguise but the regular man that happens to have powers but that has doubts and dreams and hobbies and jobs (like the rest of us), I specially like that unlike in the Donner verse, he seems to be in a quest to find his place, its not just a "I talked to my biological dad´s AI and its my destiny, Im trained so here I go" a la Birthrigh, which is flawed (specially the Lex parts, including the giant spiders) but has a pretty decent premise on how and why Clark decides to do what he does.

I also liked the realistic feel it has, as amazing as the character is, its greatness is better showcased/understood with a realistic backround. As a kid I loved the Donner films, still do but the campiness is just anoying, at least to me.

Finally, no Williams score, its great, its amazing but I think we need something new, I loved Elfman´s score for the original Batman and the one from BTAS was great as well, still I loved what Zimmer did with Nolan´s trilogy score.

I'm ready, and love what Snyder can do.

yeah, as much as i love the reeve's superman and williams score, i need seperation from that if this is indeed going to be a fresh take.  i love the batman soundtrack, ala zimmer and am looking forward to what he will do for this film.  however i am a sucker for lotr and howard shores score and the use of music from an amazing scene in fellowship coupled with teasing scenes gave me goosebumps.
