The last days of the year are winding down and we're pushing through a few more manga and anime reviews to help you through them. For those stuck at the quiet days at work or if you're at home on break from school wondering what to do, here's a few things that may tickle your fancy.
On the anime side, Chris has gone back to an adult license rescue by taking a look at the 11/11/2008 release of Pure Mail from Adult Source Media. The title was originally released by NuTech Entertainment several years ago on two discs and now has a single disc edition. Bryan is checking in from the UK with a well timed early review of the 01/05/2009 release of Slayers Vol. #1 from MVM Entertainment as the UK is finally getting a decent release of this show.
On the manga side, Danielle has a rather positive review of the October 2008 release of Vampire's Portrait Vol. #1 by Hiroki Kusumoto from Digital Manga Publishing. Erin hsa gone in the other direction as she takes a look at the concluding volume of a series with the June 2008 release of Kanna Vol. #4 by Takeru Kirishima from Go! Comi.
