It took the powerful assets of Kate Upton and a white bikini to take down the star spangled Avenger. Captain America’s second film did hold onto the #2 spot but, The Other Woman succeeded in ruling the weekend. Did moviegoers really need to see Upton on the big screen? Didn’t the trailer reveal enough? Check out this exclusive trailer, from JoBlo Movie Trailers that could have saved people a lot of money.

Did anyone think that the ladies wouldn’t succeed in their revenge? Ray Subers of Box Office Moho has another theory on the film did so well. “The movie's success isn't rocket science: women make up 50 percent of moviegoers, and are willing to pay money to see stories and characters they can relate to. Fox tapped in to this with a strong marketing effort that effectively sold the revenge story—three women team up to take down their cheating lover—while also emphasizing the fun camaraderie between the three leads. In the final run up to release, there was messaging around "girls' night out," which likely helped increase the overall haul”.

Thought Brick Mansions would do better than that.

Went to see "Brick Mansions" last night.  I enjoyed it for what it was great action although the story could have used some tweaking.  Then I was really sad that Paul Walker passed away, because he was really good in this movie and it is a shame he's not around to make more movies.

It was the battle of the big chests between Chris Evans and Kate Upton. Which one would you want to win?

I haven't even heard of Brick Mansions.  Guess they didn't advertise that well here.  No wonder it didn't make big bucks.  I almost wanted to watch Kate this weekend, but not even her perfect body was going to get me to see that movie in the theater.  Maybe I'll rent it.

Bunch of garbage out there right now.  Upton and Diaz win the weekend? Good to see that there are still some young red blooded American males that have their priorities (among other things) straight.

Best Trailer EVER!

It was women dragging men to see that I imagine.  Brick Mansions won it for me.  Other woman won't get beat the craft services for making money that Cap America did.  And wait for Blu ray sales to blow it out of the water also for 3d sales for from me anyway.  I might watch the other woman on cable.
